No extensions - No refunds
General Terms & Conditions for Memberships & Passes
- All Unlimited Memberships and Limited Time Passes (including group classes, private sessions, and livestream offerings) are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-adjustable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
- Memberships and passes activate from the first day of attendance, irrespective of purchase date.
- No extensions, carry-forwards, suspensions (except where expressly permitted below), or transfers are allowed.
- Freezing is not applicable to Limited Time Passes.
Freeze Policy – Unlimited Memberships
Freeze requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to approval. Retroactive freezes will not be permitted.
- 1 Month Unlimited:Maximum 5 days
- 3 Month Unlimited:Up to 2 freezes (minimum 1 week each), maximum 2 weeks total
- 6 Month Unlimited:Up to 2 freezes (minimum 1 week each), maximum 3 weeks total
12 Month Unlimited: Up to 3 freezes (minimum 1 week each), maximum 4 weeks total
Unused freeze days cannot be carried forward or encashed.
Bookings, Scheduling & Attendance
- Advance booking is strongly recommended and subject to availability.
- Members must arrive at least 10 minutes priorto class commencement.
- Entry beyond 10 minutes from the scheduled start time is strictly at the discretion of the teacher.
- Reservations and Cancellations must be made a minimum of 4 hours priorvia the designated scheduling app.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the automatic deduction of one session (Limited Pass) or one calendar day (Unlimited Membership).
- No specific teacher, class type, or time slot is guaranteed under any membership or pass.
- Class schedules are subject to change, modification, or cancellation at any time due to studio events, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Members are responsible for reviewing real-time updates on the official scheduling app. Eclipse shall not be liable for missed sessions due to failure to check schedule updates.
First Time & Walk-In Pass
- Valid for one week from the date of purchase.
- Subject to availability and studio scheduling.
Pricing & Modifications
- All prices are inclusive of GST.
- Eclipse reserves the right to revise pricing, modify offerings, amend benefits, or withdraw promotions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- All purchases are subject to applicable Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of transaction.
Studio Conduct & Right of Admission
- Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode within the studio premises.
- Silence is to be maintained within the studio space so as not to disrupt any class.
- Members and visitors are expected to maintain respectful, responsible, and non-disruptive conduct at all times.
- Eclipse reserves the absolute right of admission to any individual for memberships, courses, workshops, retreats, or any other offering.
- Eclipse further reserves the right to remove any individual from the premises and/or deny future access, without refund or liability, in cases of misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, safety concerns, or any disruption caused to events, team members, participants, or the studio environment.
