MEMBERSHIPS
General Terms & Conditions for Group Class Memberships
- Unlimited Memberships & Limited Time Passes for group, private & livestream sessions are non-refundable, non-exchangeable & non-transferrable.
- Unlimited Memberships & Limited Time Passes for group, private & livestream sessions are activated from the first day of attendance.
- Freezing is not applicable to Limited Time Passes.
- Freezing period rules for Unlimited Memberships are as follows:
- 1 Month Unlimited Membership: Freezing can be activated once for a period of 1 week.
- 3 Month Unlimited Membership: Freezing can be activated up to two times for a minimum period of 1 week. The maximum freezing period is 2 weeks.
- 6 Month Unlimited Membership: Freezing can be activated up to two times for a minimum period of 1 week. The maximum freezing period is 4 weeks.
- 12 Month Unlimited Membership: Freezing can be activated up to three times for a minimum period of 1 week. The maximum freezing period is 6 weeks.
- All prices are inclusive of GST
- The validity of the First Time Pass & the Walk In Pass is one month from the day of purchase.

Rules for Class Attendance
- It is advisable to pre-book & pre-pay classes online to secure availability.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the class. Last entry to the class is 10 min after start time, subject to teacher’s permission.
- If a student is unable to attend a class, he/she should cancel the booking at least 3 hours before the scheduled session, through the Schedule House App. Not doing so will result in deduction of one pass from the Limited Time Passes and one day from the Unlimited Memberships.
- Mobile phones should be put on silent mode before entering the class.
